PawHaven works with fulfillment partners to ship orders directly to customers.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 5 business days for an order to be processed before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: approximately 7–14 business days after processing.

Canada: approximately 15–30 business days after processing.

Some products may be fulfilled internationally. In those cases, delivery may take longer due to the supplier location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges, including any available free shipping options, will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when it becomes available. Please allow a short period after shipment for tracking information to begin updating.

Multiple Packages

If an order contains multiple products, the items may be shipped from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has started.

30-Day Returns

PawHaven Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with PawHaven. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging where applicable.

For hygiene and pet-safety reasons, opened or used grooming and personal-care pet products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, contact PawHaven at mosesbokongole11@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Returns are handled by mail. Do not send an item back before contacting us. Return locations may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

For returns caused by a change of mind, ordering mistake, or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can provide an appropriate solution.

PawHaven does not charge a restocking fee.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
